What Is Impact?

Impact is a ministry of Resurrection Life Church established for singles in their mid 20’s to upper 30’s. If you are establishing your career, just graduating from college, or recently married, this ministry is for you.

Impact is a ministry that strives for innovation by not doing the usual singles ministry. We focus on community within the group and within Resurrection Life Church, while maintaining the vintage message of Christ that has stood the test of time and without being watered down or altered for the sake of cultural relativity.

When & Where We Meet?

We meet every 1st and 3rd Friday at 7 PM in the 180 room at Resurrection Life Church.

What Is An Impact Service Like?

We build a theme of short messages that last about 10 to 15 minutes that engage thought and promote Scripture. We also promote community and service through videos and other creative communications. We then have about 20 minutes of praise and worship and ministry time as our house band leads and ministers. The entire service lasts about 45 minutes and then the rest of the time is open for people to interact and get to know each other.

Activities?

Generally, on the 2nd and 4th Friday or Saturday we have house parties and/or other activities for more interaction and relationship building. We also have opportunities of service as a group in meeting the needs of ministries within Resurrection Life Church and our community. Other plans in the works include some weekend getaways!

How Can You Get Involved?

Small Groups: An opportunity to build strong, life-long relationships. Prayer, Study, or just hanging out to have a good time is what our small groups are all about.

Service Opportunities: We encourage you to get involved with many of the service opportunities that exist in Impact. Also, Resurrection Life Church has various opportunities for you to use your talents. Whether it be working with the children’s ministry, singing in the choir, working with the homeless, the most fulfilling thing you can do is to give of yourself. We strongly encourage you to find out about all of the ministry opportunities that exist at Resurrection Life Church.
